Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant, based in Johor Baharu with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on suitable takaful solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Responsibilities include actively seeking new clients, maintaining high customer service standards, preparing client presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction through personalized solutions and proactive communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure excellent client experiences
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships with clients and convey value propositions effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
