Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Cyberjaya. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and implementing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions for clients and team members, and monitoring sales performance to achieve goals. Collaboration with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives and support business growth will also be a key part of the role.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to deliver and oversee business growth targets.
• Experience in Training to guide and support team members or clients effectively.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software is an advantage.
