Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves executing sales initiatives, developing relationships with current and potential clients, and promoting LiGNO Biotech products across various industries. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting customer-focused presentations, providing product training, and supporting client inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns to expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams
  • Proficiency in customer service techniques and fostering client relationships
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Experience in training and guiding teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Proven expertise in sales management, including strategic planning and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a high-paced, competitive environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or Biotech Background, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus for engaging with diverse client portfolios
