About the Role

ParagonCorp Malaysia is looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment across various functions. This role plays a key part in building high-quality talent pipelines and ensuring a strong candidate experience aligned with ParagonCorp's hiring standards and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Ensure timely and quality hiring to meet business targets

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Conduct market mapping and talent insights for strategic hiring

3. Candidate Management

  • Screen and assess candidates based on competency and cultural fit
  • Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience
  • Follow up closely to ensure high conversion and assessment completion rates

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR team on hiring strategies
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations
  • Coordinate interview processes and feedback loops efficiently

5. Recruitment Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to ParagonCorp's structured hiring process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate journey

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Experience hiring for FMCG, retail, or fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple roles and work under tight timelines
