Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kota Damansara. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with clients across various industries. Day-to-day tasks include presenting signage solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with the design and production teams, and ensuring projects meet client expectations. The role also involves developing and executing basic marketing activities, such as promoting products and services, supporting campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and continuously update product and market knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Marketing & Branding You'll take the lead on marketing and branding for a new sub-brand we're launching under Signbase. Since it's early-stage and pre-launch, you're not just running campaigns, you're helping define what this brand is: its look, its voice, its story. From there, you'll build out the digital presence and content that gets it in front of the right people

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, professional support.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Marketing & Branding to shape up a new sub-brand under Signbase
• Relevant experience in signage, advertising, or related industries is beneficial, along with basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with branding or visual communication.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, as is proficiency with office software and a valid driver's license for client visits.
