Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, facilitating sales processes, collaboration with marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer outreach is also a key part of this position. This role includes social media managements, content creation/moderation and creative editing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Experience in Training and educating customers or team members on products and services
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a proactive approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze market trends
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in working with AI or technology-driven products is a plus
