Job Description

Responsible for driving Sales Revenue, Customer Acquisition, and Brand Presence across online and offline channels. This role combines direct selling, content creation, and lead generation, with a strong focus on Jewelry Business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Handle walk-in and online inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Provide product explanation (diamond specs, value, pricing logic)
  • Build customer trust for high-value transactions

Trade-in Jewelry lead generation

  • Educate customers on selling their jewelry (content + conversation)
  • Handle buyback inquiries and explain valuation process
  • Generate leads for gold/diamond trade-ins
  • Build confidence in your brand as a professional appraisal

Social Media & Marketing + Content Creation

  • Manage and reply to DMs
  • Creative in creating pictures & videos ads post consistently
  • Run basic ads (or coordinate with you)
  • Assist in shooting jewelry content

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Sales-driven mindset
  • Advance understanding of social media (IG, FB, TikTok)

Good to Have

  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or sales
  • Comfortable speaking on camera
  • Interest in gold/diamonds/gemstones
  • Willing to travel overseas for doing sales (after promoted)
