Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuantan, serving as a Sales Assistant at Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service, managing product displays and inventory, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves fostering a welcoming environment, handling transactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve store targets and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with team members
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Basic sales knowledge and skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and upselling
- Effective organization skills to manage product inventory and ensure an orderly store environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience is a plus, though not mandatory
- Minimum qualification of secondary education or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management or healthcare-related fields are an advantage
