Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the RM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (if applicable).
