Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting customers with product inquiries, and processing transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the store's visual presentation, supporting team goals, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role may also require restocking inventory, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Sales, negotiation, and upselling skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
