Based in Selangor, Malaysia, FormFit Ceramics supports leading glove manufacturers across Asia and the Middle East, including both major OEMs and emerging brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include promoting and selling FormFit Ceramics products, building strong client partnerships, assisting in developing sales strategies, and addressing client needs effectively to maintain satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Customer service and relationship management experience
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes or ceramics industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in languages relevant to the region, such as English and Malay, is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
