Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable vehicles or services, and guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting product presentations and test drives, preparing quotations, handling documentation, and coordinating with the workshop and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves following up with customers, maintaining accurate records in the sales system, and contributing to sales targets and promotional activities. The Sales Consultant is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, represent the brand professionally, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is an advantage, with the ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced showroom environment, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools or CRM systems to manage leads, customer information, and sales documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service and workshop teams, and flexibility to work weekends or public holidays as required.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or automotive-related disciplines is beneficial.
