Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Sales Consultant, you will identify and engage prospective clients, provide tailored sales consultations, and maintain long-term client relationships. You will address customer needs, ensure satisfaction, and deliver solutions aligned with their business goals while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to clearly articulate solutions and deliver high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Experience in hygiene services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary Level/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): Outgoing personality, High degree of self-motivation, Good presentation skills, Confidence abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales visiting client persistently for new businesses
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing full process of sales cycle
  • Identifying customer needs by providing appropriate solutions, confidently conducting product and service presentations

Job Highlights

  • Guaranteed Basic Salary: RM 3500-5000
  • High Commission Scheme (Up to RM10K per Month)
