Proactively identify and acquire new customers for RHB Bank's Personal Financing products through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers to recommend suitable Personal Financing solutions that align with their requirements and financial capacity.
Achieve and exceed assigned individual sales targets for Personal Financing products, including loans, credit cards, and other related services.
Prepare and process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on personal loans or consumer banking products.
Strong understanding of personal financing products, credit assessment processes, and banking regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in other local languages is an added advantage.
Possession of relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI) will be an advantage.
