We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves assisting students with inquiries, recommending suitable accommodation and ensuring a smooth booking process. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the student housing market are essential. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our business by assisting students and building relationships. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into bookings, achieve leasing goals and establish yourself as a regional expert.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Description
- Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
- Able to research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on student preferences, budget, and requirements
- Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert
- Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
- Stay updated with market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to provide training and guidance to sales staff
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Experienced in studying abroad is a plus
- Well-versed in Chinese will be required for this role
