Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve growth and IT sales targets
  • Meeting and exceeding planned sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets and work and develop those individuals through coaching, shadowing appointments and weekly Team training.
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding our ideal customer and how they relate to our products and services
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Track sales goals and other key KPIs to ensure overall success of the business and the Team
