ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role as a sales coordinator at Wellchem Malaysia in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and operations. The role entails overseeing sales activities, liaising with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the general sales administration of the sales and marketing division and maintain & update accurate records.
- To coordinate with sales inquiries and attend to customers inquiries,
- Participate in sales and marketing activities/strategies.
- Provide sales and support to the sales team.
- Preparing monthly sales report.
- Acknowledge and print daily Purchase orders
- Submit Invoices to Customers portals (B2B, Esker, Ariba, & others)
- Updating the daily status sales report and CRM report.
- Prepare Quarterly Product Incentive reports.
- Prepare and follow the quarterly Consignment report status.
- Liaise with Admin./Ordering Dept to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers on order status.
- Preparing sales and performance reports and presentation materials.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management
- Monitoring shipping & logistics for the import of products from overseas
- Assist the Digital Marketing Team in managing and maintaining the company's social media accounts: Shopee (update & order processing), Lazada, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Familiar with sales and performance reports, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Autocount System and CRM platforms.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, coordinating, and analysis, with good management capabilities.
- Possesses a positive working attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience, with strong people skills as well as sound financial and IT competencies.
