Sales Coordinator

Bandar Sunway

Salary: RM3,500-4,500

9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:

* Reconcile billing records with AWB/shipment data

* Check sales revenue from retail, agents and B2B accounts against Finance records

* Identify and follow up on billing discrepancies

* Maintain billing, revenue and outstanding payment trackers

* Update Salesforce CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline

* Coordinate sales meetings, client onboarding and documentation

* Prepare sales performance, AWB and revenue reports

* Support new lane launches and retail site openings

* Maintain contracts, rate cards and customer agreements

* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Customs and Consolidator teams

Diploma / Degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics or related field

Strong Excel skills — VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH & Pivot Tables

Experience with Salesforce / CRM is an advantage

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers

Good communication in Mandarin and coordination skills

Able to work well with different departments
