Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Puchong. The Sales Coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing sales operations, supporting customer service efforts, coordinating sales activities, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales skills to support operational tasks and ensure the smooth implementation of sales order
- Customer Service skills to professionally interact with clients and address their needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Sales Operations to support and streamline workflows and processes
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage sales events, documentation, and timelines effectively
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is preferred
- Previous experience in the technology or CCTV distribution industry is an advantage
