Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, managing customer service, maintaining sales operations, and providing communications support. Daily tasks may include processing orders, communicating with clients, tracking sales data, and supporting the sales team&aposs administrative needs.

• Skills in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
