Briefing On Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and post-sales support, services existing accounts, obtains orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Problem solving abilities to identify client needs, address concern and overcome objections during the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes and optimize the customer experience.
- Negotiation and closing deals.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
