About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.
Key Responsibilitie
- Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery
- Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation
- Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships
- Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables
- Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers

Requiremen
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all level
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skill
- Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
