Identify and acquire new business clients, generate new prospects, and identify new channels, collaboration partners & business opportunities for improving business growth
Responsible for assisting the Head of Business Development in business strategies, preparation, presentation, negotiation, and following up on business proposals
To cultivate a strong relationship with Companys business partners and sales channels to ensure effective and efficient business operations
Meet with the business objective and ensure the development of qualified inquiries
Ongoing relationship development
Research new market opportunities. Generate leads, set up appointments and prepare the business proposal
Drive business growth & achieve revenue targets set by the company
Have a good understanding of the company products, and develop innovative concepts/strategies to promote the products to potential prospects
Convert brand strategy into trade strategy and strengthen brand appearance at the trade for both online & offline channels
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with no less than 2 years of sales/marketing experience
Good verbal and written communication in English, Malay and Mandarin to communicate with partners and customers
Must be willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities
Ability to manage, inspire and lead a team and effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
Ability to exercise initiative, judgments, and priorities workloads as well as capacity for teamwork in a pressured and busy environment with multiple projects running at one time
Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent presentation skill
