Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing technical solutions. Day-to-day tasks include performing sales and technical consultations, offering technical support to clients, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining high standards of customer service will be essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Sales Engineering, and effective proposal generation
Strong Technical Support skills to address client needs and recommend solutions
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
Ability to build and maintain client relationships through a professional and proactive approach
Basic understanding of industrial pumps and related equipment is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel locally as needed
