Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Sales Engineer located on-site at our Serdang office. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities include identifying and developing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and addressing customer needs. The role also includes collaboration with the technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively present and sell technical filtration solutions
- Strong Technical Support knowledge to address complex customer requirements and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries is advantageous
