Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and closing sales deals. The role requires direct interaction with clients to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and developing sales strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and related technologies
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong office.
• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the food manufacturing and packaging industry is a plus
