Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Business Growth
- Lead local market development by building and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, system integrators, and customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and regions assigned.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand OPT's market presence in this assigned regions.
- Drive brand visibility by planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
2. Sales Execution & Customer Acquisition
- Proactively expand the customer base, maintain a robust customer database, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Manage all sales inquiries, complaints, and orders, ensuring precise entry and follow-up within the sales management system.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Own customer relationship management while actively monitoring competitors strategies, pricing, and market movements.
- Deliver end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Strategy, Compliance & Reporting
- Report directly to the Sales Director.
- Contribute insight to products positioning, pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required sales reports in line with company standards and policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical & Electronics, Software, Mechanical, Automation or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in machine vision or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated development and project management capabilities, able to perform effectively under pressure and consistently drive initiatives to completion.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable attitude, demonstrating politeness, patience, and strong collaboration in all user interactions.
- Assess customer requirements and deliver customized industrial computer and automation solutions.
- Passion for innovation and customer success.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend industrial computers and automation solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations, and lead proof-of-concept trials.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for client needs.
