Job Description

Job Summary

At ArmourZero, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That's why we're seeking for the next rockstar who can drive and grow together with us! You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the growth of the company and be involved in the entire sales process, from early prospecting and engaging up to closing.

Responsibilities
  • Handles overall responsibility for managing the sales, achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets,
  • Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status,
  • Identifying new business opportunities through conducting research on target clients, outbound and inbound approach, to improve the market position and generate growth,
  • Request, plan and execute end to end sales activities to optimise opportunities,
  • Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics,
  • Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations in tandem with pre-sales engineers,
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly,
  • Record and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM, including progress made, follow-up activities and next steps,
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create demand campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices,
Qualifications
  • Have a minimum 3 years of experience in Software sales (SaaS) / B2B sales
  • Experience in Cybersecurity industry preferred
  • Have a very strong self-driven entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent business level skills in English and Malay or Mandarin are mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills and exquisite listening skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
