Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Northern Malaysia for a Sales Executive in Plastic Industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional tasks include generating sales leads, preparing proposals and reports, meeting sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis to develop business strategies
  • Time management, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in industries such as agriculture, chemicals, food, or polymers is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Willingness to work on-site in Penang and Northern Malaysia and travel as required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
