Position: Sales Executive – CRM & Lead Management
Job Summary
Responsible for managing customer inquiries through the CRM system, preparing quotations, coordinating interested leads with the sales team, and executing lead generation campaigns to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Monitor CRM Inquiries
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through CRM, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Ensure timely response to all leads and maintain accurate customer records.
2.Prepare Quotations
- Prepare and issue quotations to clients using approved templates.
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations.
3.Coordinate Sales Activities
- Identify interested customers and arrange meetings or site visits for sales staff.
- Support the sales team in managing customer appointments.
4.Manage Lead Generation Campaigns
- Execute blasting campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) to generate new leads.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or CRM management
- Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Experience in solar, property, or technical sales is an added advantage
