A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as retail, manufacturing, or services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales targets.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new products or industries.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for roles involving travel.
