Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues effectively.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of CT Hardware's product range.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma in any field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail or hardware industry.
Strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and strategies.
Demonstrated ability in business development, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Comprehensive product knowledge related to power tools, machinery, and hardware products.
Ability to conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
