Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Kuala Lumpur City with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospects, building and managing strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. Other key duties include creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions, and staying informed of market trends to identify new opportunities. You will act as a bridge between clients and our consulting services, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Presentation Skills: Proven experience in sales, creating client presentations, and building business relationships.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in managing client accounts and delivering tailored solutions to meet varied customer needs.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury retail, retail operations, and market trends is highly desirable.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain successful relationships.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategic approaches to drive sales growth.

  • Adaptability and Initiative: Comfort in balancing onsite and remote work while proactively meeting goals and deadlines.

Experience in luxury goods or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
