Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Klang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with current and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's range of high-quality coatings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
• Experience in customer relationship management and account management
• Knowledge of the coatings or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with market research and sales strategy development
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Klang and occasionally travel for client visits
