This role is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring timely debt collection for Special Products and Chemicals. The position focuses on managing key customer relationships, securing new strategic accounts with long-term supply contracts, resolving customer issues to meet collection targets, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. The role also includes providing basic product training to customers to support effective product usage and satisfaction.

Making an impact. What will you do

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through market research, agencies, and new sales channels
  • You will be focusing on driving sales and collection targets, ensuring strong retention of key and high-value accounts
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with existing customers while onboarding new strategic clients is your expertise
  • Closely track key account performance to maximize revenue, returns, and customer value
  • Ensure timely collections by promptly resolving customer issues, working closely with customer service when needed
  • Lead or coordinate customer training sessions, clearly communicating product capabilities and applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage a wide customer and market network to grow business and enhance customer satisfaction
