Sales Executive

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves presenting and promoting services to potential clients while staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the marketing or property industries, is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively toward meeting targets.
