Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our tire business. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive and tire industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in both existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts, including tire dealers, workshops, and fleet operators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling tire products and services.
- Coordinate all sales activities, including order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) to meet customer requirements efficiently.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Develop strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market share.
- Monitor account receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Report on sales performance, revenue, and outstanding balances to management.
- Provide management with updates on customer needs, product feedback, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Requirements:
- Based in Melaka or Johor Bahru.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire, automotive, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
