Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving on-ground sales and meeting monthly KPIs for a Telco provider focusing mainly on the foreign labour market. This role focuses mainly on customer acquisition to expand the market reach, especially within targeted communities.

Job Scopes

Actively engage in on-ground sales activities to promote and acquire new customers.

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Identify potential clients and follow up on leads to convert into sales. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Conduct product presentations and handle customer inquiries professionally.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Work closely with team members to plan and execute sales campaigns or events.

Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree inBusiness, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in field sales, preferably intelecommunications or FMCG.
  • Strongsales drive and ability to engage customers confidently.
  • Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to workindependently in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Officefor reporting purposes.
  • Able to communicate inEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing totravel within the assigned territoryand participate in weekend sales activities when required.
