Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Sales Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Project Sales Executive will manage client portfolios, drive property sales, and cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting property tours, liaising with developers, preparing sales reports, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role will require providing excellent customer service and staying updated on market trends to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of property market trends, project marketing, and real estate processes.
• Proficiency in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages will be a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in real estate or property sales will be beneficial.
