Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Marketing Executive. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, creating and executing marketing strategies, driving sales, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing initiatives that align with the company's goals to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across corporate and SME clients to support company growth objectives.

Client Engagement & Consultative Selling - Engage clients through a consultative approach to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs before proposing solutions.

Proposal & Quotation Development - Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations that align client requirements with the agency's branding and marketing capabilities.

Account Management & Relationship Building - Manage and grow existing client accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Internal Team Collaboration - Work closely with strategy, creative, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, aligned, and delivered effectively.

Sales Pipeline & Performance Reporting - Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, update CRM or internal reports, and provide regular performance updates to management.

Pitching & Negotiation - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals in a professional and commercially sound manner.

Marketing & Business Support - Support internal marketing initiatives, campaigns, and business development activities when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 23 years of working experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.

Have experience working in a branding, marketing, advertising, or creative agency is an added advantage.

Have experience in a selling service to clients.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to articulate value-based solutions rather than price-driven offerings.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with good time management.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools; CRM experience is a plus.
