Sales Executive

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Salary:RM 4,500 – RM 5,500/month

Job Description

• Promote and sell Interior building material products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, carpenters and other key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and market visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on project leads and sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide product presentations/samples.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, interior products, furniture, construction or related industries.
• Experience handling dealers, contractors, carpenters or project customers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and frequent customer visits.
• Target-oriented and proactive in developing new accounts.
• Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
