Execute the department's sales plans and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and field studies to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Monitor the full sales cycle, track sales performance, analyze data, and recommend strategy adjustments based on market changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support customer onboarding.
Job Requirements:-
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of sales/marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in sales and the logistics/transportation industry.
Good market awareness with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients at different levels.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle work pressure while meeting sales targets.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to perform client visits when required.
