Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Stulang Bahru. The Sales Executive will manage day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, create and present sales strategies, and negotiate contracts. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing outstanding customer service to clients while promoting JLG's real estate solutions and offerings.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, lead generation, and closing strategies
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Market analysis and competitive research expertise
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools or platforms
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a results-driven environment
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
