Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role and frequent travels may be required for this role as projects are located in Perak. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have experience in sales, preferably in property development or other related fields
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Familiarity with the affordable housing market in Malaysia is a plus
