Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Johor Bahru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Mamami's natural and organic product offerings. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends and contributing to strategy development to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of natural and organic food products or a passion for promoting healthy living is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and propose strategic sales initiatives
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred
