The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including lead generation, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients. The role will be

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new customers.
  • Manage account service, develop new sales opportunities and create revenue streams optimizing long-term business opportunities with maximum possible profitability.
  • Build a good working relationship with the customers, to ensure an understanding of the customer's needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership with the client.
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service.
  • Payment collection & bad debt management.
  • To service existing customers and create new potential customers in the selected territory assigned with the minimum visitation itinerary set by the company.
  • To be able to meet the Sales & Collection target set by the company.
  • Be responsive to customers needs, takes initiative to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by the company's management.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

  • Required languageMandarin is compulsory, We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2 years of sales working experience preferred. (FMCG is a plus).
  • Highly driven, positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
  • Good negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Good interpersonal skill and effective team player with good communication skill.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
