Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, including attend to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service.
- Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions;
- To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
- Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
- Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
- Prompt coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentations.
- Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
- Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks related to sales events, open houses, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by the management.
- Average earnings: RM6,000RM10,000/month (or more)
- With commission the more you sell, the more you earn
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in business administration, management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the property development industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Road Runner system is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support sales gallery operations.
