Job Purpose:
Follow company's channel strategy to establish and manage local MVNO (CMLink) sales channels in Malaysia. Drive market growth through partnership development, sales execution, and channel operations to achieve business targets.
Job Functions:
- Develop and secure effective distribution networks based on company sales strategy and targets.
- Propose, negotiate and secure partnership agreements to ensure long-term cooperation.
- Work with HQ and local team to implement marketing campaigns with vendors and partners.
- Coordinate sales operations including sales forecast, compliance, logistics, and partner support.
- Provide feedback on market trends and performance to product team, drive continuous product enhancement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in telecom industry; experience with MNO/MVNO preferred.
- Proven success in channel development, sales management, and negotiations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian telecom market and channel operations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin / Cantonese is an advantage.
