WE ARE HIRING | SALES EXECUTIVE – SOLAR PV

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our Solar PV business.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, customer engagement, and renewable energy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and develop new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Solar PV solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Handle negotiations and drive opportunities towards successful closing.
Achieve assigned sales and cash collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

WHAT WE OFFER

KPI Allowance: Up to RM3,500/month, based on cash collection performance

Uncapped Sales Commission – additional earning potential based on sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, construction, property, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Willing to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
