Sales Executive - Penang

Job Description

Responsibilities

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

• Handle small & medium size customers include:
• a) Regular visits
• b) Follow up on monthly forecast & production movement
• c) New product expansion
• d) Follow up on payment and collection.
• Develop new sales according to target and direction set by superior.
• Self equipped with fundamental of lubricant and basic product knowledge through in-house trainings provided.
• Participate in sales related activities in department:
• a) Monthly submission of Value Analysis (VA) reports/proposals
• b) Weekly update on customer visits
• c) Participate in monthly sales meeting & quarterly sales review
• d)Participate in assigned sales projects
• e) Price revision for customers.
• Monitor competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Chemistry & Engineering (related industry).
• Able to speak & write in fluent English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Fresh graduate (with Diploma/Degree) are also encourage to apply.
• Able to use MS Office, Power Point and Excel.
• Presentable outlook.
• Possess own transport.
